I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were of good size, well-kept, and very clean. The location is perfect, being close to everything in the city and right beside the beautiful Placa Independencia with numerous restaurants and bars. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and had perfect English, making my stay even better. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of options for breakfast. Overall, a great value for money in a strategic location.

It was spacious and comfortable, complete with a pot for making tea and coffee. At night, it was incredibly quiet, and I didn't hear a thing. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially Monica and Marta. They were welcoming, friendly, and spoke English fluently. The location was excellent as it's in the city center, just a short walk from a pedestrian bridge over the river, making it perfect for sightseeing and shopping.
